how to keep socat alive

Occasional Visitor
i use "/usr/sbin/socat TCP6-LISTEN:8096,reuseaddr,fork TCP4:192.168.0.160:8096 & " in services-start script
But after a while, socat stops working. i need reboot to make it work again......
So what code do I need to add to make it work?
