How to Setup OpenVPN Server?

Hey everyone,

I use the PPTP VPN service when im at coffee shops or generally when im connected to an unsecured wifi hotspot. But i've just recently been told that PPTP is vulnerable to packet sniffing and i should instead use OpenVPN.

When i had a look at the OpenVPN gui i was completely lost didnt know how to set it up properly, also where do i get the OpenVPN keys from?
I mainly want to use VPN for secure browsing from open wifi hotspots. I dont need it to access home network drives or anything like that.

If anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it.
