How to setup PPTP VPN Client with Tomato USB

So I bought a N66U purely because I was looking for a router that would do a PPTP Client VPN with someone like StrongVPN since I am moving to Japan for 2 years and wanted my ATV2 to access US Netflix, etc. I put on the newest version of Tomato from Shibby (Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-112 K26 USB AIO) and got it up and running, but I am having a hell of a time trying to get the PPTP to work.

Before I leave, I just wanted to try to figure out how to properly set it up, so i am using one of the slow free PPTP VPNs just to see if it will change my IP, but I can not get it to work at all. I am going to use http://www.pptpvpn.org just for the sake of trying to get it to work.

I go into the VPN Tunnel section on Tomato, i then go to PPTP Client, and set it up the way I think it should be, i then save it, and start it, but alas I get nothing, same IP every combination I can try.

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help walk me through this setup, i am about to pull my hair out.

My advice is to ditch PPTP, and use OpenVPN instead. I believe StrongVPN supports both.

OpenVPN is far more secure.

StrongVPN does support all varieties and types of VPN but you may need to upgrade your account. While a customer signed up for OpenVPN can run L2TP and PPTP a customer signed up for their cheapest PPTP service can't run PPTP.
