How to upload ready configuration file into the new switch

New Huawei Quidway S5300 switch: how to upload ready configuration file into the new switch, connected to PC through the console port? I mean to upload the complete configuration file, instead of configuring switch by typing and executing commands one by one.

Depends. Is telnet or ssh enabled by default?
I usually configure my HP or Cisco units that way.
