New Around Here
I bought and downgraded firmware on a T mobile rtac68u. Running newest firmware from asus. I am trying to find out HW version ( i don't have the box to check anymore).
I ran these commands in telnet:
nvram get boardrev - 0x1100
nvram get HW_ver - 170
nvram get bl_version - 1.0.2.0

Can anyone tell me whats my hw version for this router and if i need to upgrade the cfe to any other version. Thanks.

For sure you have the latest CFE (1.0.2.0)
There is 2 versions of CFE for AC68, 1.0.2.0 and 1.0.2.1) and its upgraded automaticly when you flash with the latest fw

Telnet to know your cpu speed

RT-AC68P:
1GHZ (BCM4709)

RT-AC68U:
REV A1/A2 = 800MHZ (BCM4708) / NO FA SUPPORT
REV B1/B2 = 1GHZ (BCM4709)
REV C0 = 1GHZ (BCM4709)

So, 1.0.2.1 is a previous version to 1.0.2.0 ? Usually 1.0.2.1 follows 1.0.2.0
