I could not access Pornhub although I set up the VPN. MY country blocked Pornhub, so I have to turn the VPN on with routing policy
No, I read the tutorial. It stated that if I want all devices went through VPN with specific Destinations. I just put 0.0.0.0 in the source IP and the destination IP. I tested, Xvideos range of IPs worked seamlessly with all devices but the IP of Pornhub does not work.Your set-up of the OpenVPN client is wrong ; you should specify the LAN IP addresses of the devices you want to be protected by the VPN in the source IP and leave the destination ip empty.
You also need to define your LAN client with static IP.

Good guess. I tried to change the DNS server to Adguard DNS server, not using the default DNS of my ISP. However, I still could not access Pornhub, weirdMy guess on the issue: Are your DNS queries going through VPN \ using a VPN DNS server or still using your ISPs DNS server ? I suspect you may not be resolving pornhub DNS names since your ISP is blocking those queries as well.

I tried it with Surfhark (VPN APP on Windows). The site works well, however, if I quit the app and use the VPN I set up in router, I can not access the siteMaybe...
SNI(Server Name Indication) issue. You need to use ESNI(Encrypted SNI). You may try Firefox(ESNI setup needed) to do so.
Search what the SNI is first. I think you didn't understand what I said before.I tried it with Surfhark (VPN APP on Windows). The site works well, however, if I quit the app and use the VPN I set up in router, I can not access the site
