igmpproxy not started when ISP profile None, STB port None

igmpproxy NOT started when

Under LAN->IPTV

Select ISP Profile : None
Choose IPTV STB Port: Port 4 (or None)
Enable multicast routing (IGMP Proxy): Enable

Tested on 39, 40 on RT-AC66U
Is this a bug? Anyone can confirm this?

EDIT: I maybe wrong with this one. Doing more test right now.

EDIT: I maybe wrong with this one. Doing more test right now.

Update to 374.41-Beta 1. It resolves some issues related to igmp/emf that weren't properly reconfigured after a restart of the LAN or wireless services.
 
Since VLAN+IPTV configuration does not require IGMP Proxy, killing off igmpproxy daemon in some configurations makes sense. Probably that's where all the confusion started.

41b1 seems fine with igmpproxy daemon running
