Incorrect text on Traditional QoS page

Noticed the text is swapped and was capping my speeds which I thought was an issue with my internet provider. Previously I had the values reversed as was working, but yesterday the router (AC68U) decided to flip them and capped me at my upload rates.

The text isn't swapped, the whole of traditional QoS is broken. If you search the forum you will find multiple posts about this.

not on all router just most, last checked it works fine on ac66u
