IP Cameras RT-AC68U

I'm trying to set up my IP cameras on this router and it's not connecting. I must be missing something simple since I can't even connect to it from within the network. My port forwarding works for plex but for some reason will not for the cameras.

I have a static IP for each camera and assign a specific port for each one but it won't connect. It seems to be the same setup I had with my old router but I must be missing something.

Has anyone done a setup like this with this router before?
