Flooded

Hi

For about the last year my DSL-AC68U has suffered a flooding issue when watching IPTV.

The issue manifests itself in a slightly strange manner. When I switch on the STB and select an IPTV channel I suddenly lose any ability to use the internet on the 5GHz wireless channel.

If I move over to use the 2.4GHz wireless channel I regain internet connectivity for my mobile devices.

Asus are apparently aware of the issue and are 'working' on it.

My problem is that I have a set of cameras connected to the outside world and shared on the 5GHz channel. Every time I use IPTV those cameras go dark.

Can anyone think of a work around to keep the cameras online until Asus finally fix the issue?

Thanks in advance.
