Issues with Port Forwarding on RT-AC3100

Hey guys so I have been trying to forward some ports on my router. When I check to see if they are open it always says that they are closed??? I have checked with a few programs to see if they are open and every time I run the these programs they always show that they are closed???

I am using Merlin's FW 380.58, and I think I have set them up correctly here is a screen shot of the ports that I have inputted on the router. If you guys can tell me what I am doing wrong or advice what to do next. thank you very much in advance.

Most of these rules are wrong and should be removed. You should not forward ports 80 or 443 for instance.

If you are using a guide to configure your router, make sure to distinguish between "opening" and "forwarding". Ports 80 and 443 need to be open outbound, NOT forwarded. That's why your tests fail.

If they tell you to open a port, don't do anything. If they tell you to either forward a port, or to have it opened INBOUND, then it has to be configured on the router.

Most of the time you shouldn't forward any port at all. If a game needs a port to be forwarded, it will automatically do so through UPNP, or it will be documented somewhere as needing to be forwarded.

Ok thank you. I just put the ps4 in the DMZ. Also have adaptive QOS on too, well see if that helps me out with the game O am having issuez with.
