wl0_wme_apsd=off
wl1_wme_apsd=off
wl_wme_apsd=on

change to off (nvram set wl_wme_apsd=off)
nvram commit
reboot

this seems to have fixed the problem

the wireless has the option on gui (web page) to disable this on 2.4 and 5
but not on the LAN or I missed it some where.

Setting wl_wme_apsd doesn't do anything, it's a temporary variable used by the httpd daemon when loading or saving the instance selected on the webui. Basically, whether you select 2.4 or 5 GHz, the httpd daemon will copy wl0 or wl1 to wl, let the webui work with it, and on save, it will copy it back to wl0 or wl1.
