Link aggregation and NAS

Hello. I have a Qnap TS-251 NAS and Asus RT-AX88U router with two mesh routers. My internet is 1G down and 30 up. Both the main router and the NAS allow for link aggregation. I know enough to be dangerous. I gather that link aggregation mainly works well if you have more than one user on the network. In my case it's just me and the LG Oled TV. I use the NAS for Plex and general file server activities. Would enabling link aggregation between the router and the NAS increase my network speed or anything? Thanks.
