Link Aggregation broken on 380.59 at RT-AC68U

New Around Here
I flashed 380.59 on my RT-AC68U to enable Link Aggregation to my WD EX4 using 802.3ad.
I followed all instruction on the Wiki and discovery some strange thing, CPU ports on this build is 8t not 5t.
In a desperate attempt I flashed AdvancedTomato last build and everything works!
Simple and easy using same guide, same commands... So I think some on Merlin 380.59 changed and break the Link Aggregation, or maybe with some hardwares like WD EX4.
Yes, I changed robocfg commando to 8t ports, tried vlan4,5,10, everything... I can UP de BOND the router see the aggregation partner MAC but in the other peer the NAS can't see the router as your partner, unlike on the Tomato that's everything works fine...
There is any change that I can do to work on Merlin? I really prefer to use Merlin but Tomato is working and Merlin NOT :(
