Is there a list of consumer routers with Smart Queue Management (SQM) support with stock firmware?

Anything with a Qualcomm chip with Streamboost support or based on a modern OpenWRT or a very modern Linux kernel should have SQM available by default, right?

Unfortunately, identifying specific Qualcomm Streamboost chips is not easy since their detailed datasheets are not open.

Is the Netgear R7800 (X4s AC2600) 4x4 router and its DumaOS equivalent (XR500) really the only modern consumer router with stock support for SQM like fq_codel/Cake + HFSC/HTB rate limiting?

Some routers in the WikiDevi database mention StreamBoost support. Router manufacturers likely have to pay extra for the rights to include Qualcomm's StreamBoost software in their routers so StreamBoost support may not correspond directly with hardware. As seen below, TRENDnet created two products from one piece of hardware; the TEW-823DRU lacks StreamBoost while the TEW-824DRU supports StreamBoost despite having identical hardware.

Certainly not. Any router with OpenWRT 17.01+ support should have OpenWRT's implementation.

Here are some others that I can find with Qualcomm StreamBoost support:
Amped Wireless Athena RTA2600 (Qualcomm IPQ8064) ATHENA - High Power AC2600 Wi-Fi Router with MU-MIMO (source of StreamBoost info, they may call it "Bandwidth Optimization")
TRENDnet TEW-827DRU v1.0R (Qualcomm IPQ8064) AC2600 StreamBoost MU-MIMO WiFi Router (UI Simulator)
TRENDnet TEW-824DRU v1.0R (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9558) AC1750 Dual Band Wireless Router with StreamBoost Technology
ZyXEL NBG6817 (Armor Z2) (Qualcomm IPQ8065) Armor Z2 Router for Gaming and Media with StreamBoost
ZyXEL NBG6815 (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9558) AC2200 MU-MIMO Dual-Band Wireless Gigabit Router
ZyXEL EMG3425-Q10A (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9558) Simultaneous Dual-Band Wireless AC2200 Gigabit Ethernet Gateway
D-Link DGL-5500 (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9558) Gaming Router AC1300 with StreamBoost Technology

The Smart QoS feature in the ASUS RT-AC55U routers may be based on Qualcomm StreamBoost since these models use a QCA9557.
