Locked out of router settings after Initializing

I clicked initialize to reset the router settings on my ac68u and I now cannot login using username: admin and password: admin or password: the previous password I changed it to. The previous password was a combination of 9 numbers and a lowercase letter at the end.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem besides resetting the router?

This was on the latest stable release 384.6

The wireless network name and password remain the same as they were before I Initialized

First thing to try is clearing your browser cache (or try another browser).

if clear browser cache / switch to different browser doesn't help
power cycle the router and clear nvram
power off the router for 30 sec to 1 min
hold the wps button while powering on
wait till the power led start to flashing/blinking then release the wps button
now wait for the router to properly reboot and it should be reset right now

I thought that but wasn't going to mention TMobile again , Merlin is getting beyond annoyed with the subject.

No I have a 68u but I tried that combo just in case without avail. Ended up just resetting it manually thanks indark!

I hope you changed your password to something different than before. Make the Russians/Ukrainians/Koreans/Iranians/Klingons work a little harder next time.
