New Around Here
Right now I have a WHS 2011 server up and running using Drive Bender to pool my drives and duplicate my files. I have 12TB of storage and am using about 5TB total non-duplicated. Ive come to realize that maybe I shouldnt rely on a $20 piece of software to manage my data integrity (drive bender) as im having some issues with it now.

Im looking for advice as to what I could use to replace my current setup and have a few requirements that the new solution would need to cover.

- I make use of the client backups in WHS to backup all of my home machines, i would prefer something that would do this automatically and would allow me to restore files as needed.

- I run other applications on my server that would need to be available on the new solution - Plex Server, FTP Server, putty

- This also houses all of my videos and acts as a media server to stream to XBMC

- Some sort of data duplication or protection in case a drive goes down
