Looking to upgrade my router.

Believe it or not, I need to upgrade my router (linksys wrt54gl)
My home is a two story 1600 sqft. router will be on second floor approximately center location. We have a couple smart phones one mu-mimo capable, 2 1080p streaming devices , and 2 android tablets. I get good coverage with my current router, but need gigabit ports and 5ghz wifi. Budget around $70.00 us, I was looking at rt-ac66u B1 or rt-acrh13 would either be a good choice?

Any suggestions welcome also sold by Newegg as I have a store credit there.

AC66U B1 is effectively a AC68U in a different case. It’s a good unit, I would go for that.
