New Around Here
Recently, I meet this odd situation which never happened before. The description could be a little long.

First, when it was on 384.14_2 , it was mostly working fine. It might be not responding access once a while, no particular period.

Last week, after my vacation back to home, I upgraded it to 384.15. Normally, I just upgrade it from the menu directly. Then it starts this issue.

Almost everyday afternoon, devices firstly experience slow internet and then gradually lost it. It means, at very beginning, some website or IM still accessible. But all connection lost eventually. Router is also not able to be accessed, nor from webpage, or APP, or even SSH. Only power off/on can take the router back to normal.

So I did factory reset and downgrade it to 384.14_2, factory reset again and upload the saved configuration. Unfortunately, the issue is still there. Now, the router is schedule to reboot every morning at 2am. But the same issue still happens every afternoon around 5pm.

It is really painful for the whole family since everybody stays home requiring internet every minute due to this virus things. So please help.

If any log/trace is required, I can collect it with detailed instruction.

Thanks!!

Don’t upload your saved configuration!!! You’re wasting all your time troubleshooting by doing that.

Reset and set up from scratch.
