New Around Here
I recently had an issue that prompted me to change the admin password on my Asus RT-AX88U Pro router. The route has two USB drives plugged into it which I was able to access just fine from Windows machines on my network prior to changing router password. After changing the password; however, I can no longer access the drives. File Explorer asks me for credentials, and I have tried using the router login name with both the old and the new router password - neither of them work. I have confirmed that the admin account has R/W access to the disk. I have also found that I can access the disk from Windows if I turn on "Allow guest login" in the router's Samba configuration. I don't want to do that for security reasons. Any thoughts on how to restore proper access to these drives would be greatly appreciated.
