E4200 V2, EA4500, or ASUS 66 will work for me, but how do I run wireless Mac and PC for network backups?
1. I need to attach hard drive for backup for Mac and PC. 2 USB ports seems to solve the problem if the ASUS can work separate Mac and PC external harddrives. I've read the Linksys isn't compatible with Mac.
2. It would be nice to add USB printer to share, but we're in the market for new scanner/printer anyway; might be easier to get LAN-capable device.
3. I have at most 4 users; 3 Mac and 1 PC (me). Maybe add Apple TV or similar device later. If I have to, I can do my PC separate from network or continue to run my old Linksys WRT54G.
4. What do I do with the WRT54G? It still works great, but I need more speed.
Thanks,
