Managing port forward per record

New Around Here
So, my question for you: is there a possibility to make a modification which will enable us to manage (enable / disable) port forwarding list by record.
I have a pretty long list of ports and the most common scenario is that I want to open only a small bunch of them at the moment, then in another moment another set etc.

To do that, I currently need to add/delete them every time.
Technically I think the best way to do that is to have 2 lists in a settings (1 additional), which would be used to save the list of all ports for interface; which will then be translated into current one by some script / function when apply is hit only for selected records.

Hopefully this is possible to implement on top of Asus wrt

Whilst not a GUI 'apply' feature, this PortForwardRules script should get you started.
