Manual IPV6 DNS address will not take

I am currently using Firmware:380.66_4 on AC3200

when I disable the IPV6 Connect to DNS Server automatically

and type in my own internal IPv6 DNS server it won't "redirect" to them. It keeps using whatever it is assigned by DHCP-PD from the ISP.

Anyone else seeing this? I have already clear NVRAM 3x already.
