i am searching the Merlin FW 3.0.0.4.220.18b for my N66U. Which this Software my MacBook Pro late 2011 are 450mbps. Whit the new FW N66U_3.0.0.4_374.35_4 2 are no 450mbps connection :-(

Try setting your 2.4GHz wireless setting to a fixed channel, N only and then try 40MHz bandwidth if you haven't already done so. Also, try setting the preamble length to short on the wireless|professional tab for that band. That is what I had to do to re-obtain 450Mbps connections on the 2.4GHz band.

I would suggest you try for your RT-N66U Merlin's 3.0.0.4.374.36_beta1-sdk5 if you aren't using it already.

Better wireless range and throughput vs. the available SDK6 drivers in the newer firmware available.

Whit the FW 3.0.0.4.220.18b i had 450mbps. I am delete the FW 3.0.0.4.220.18b
