Merlin - AC56U - Xboxlive??

Can anyone help me with the proper merlin settings for xboxlive? Was hoping there was a merlin guide for xbl.

I currently have a open nat on both consoles but I want to be sure everything is setup properly for the best connection? Ports, DMZ, QoS, UPnP, MTU??

Also DNS is it better to use my ISP (I'm in a small town in Ky with a 20/1 connection & the main line is fiber) Or manually set one of the better public dns servers for the xbox network setting?

Also I play wired with cat5e cable.

Default settings is all you need. The XBox will use UPNP to forward any required ports.

Use the ISP's DNS. That way, you will be pointed at the closest content provider network (CDN) server when downloading from large services such as Akamai, Youtube, etc...

Why not just use the stock firm ware why do you use third-party firmware is there a difference between the two with the stock for firmware can't you use it for Xbox without having any nat issues
