Minor UI Bug: On Mobile Devices Drag and Drop Functionality Not Working in Bandwidth Monitor

When accessing the Bandwidth Monitor section on a mobile device, users are unable to drag and drop the priority tags on the clients.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the application on a mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the Bandwidth Monitor section.
  3. Attempt to drag and drop the priority tags on any client.
