Missing upper channels of 5GHz in EU?

Hi,

it's me again with another noob question. Used the search but didn't rellay get the right answer I think.

When looking at the web-config of the WLAN iface, I only see about four channels around 40 in the 5GHz channel selection. Where are the channels 52 to 64 and 100 to 140 allowed in the EU?

Second, does anyone know if it is possible to setup channels 155 and up? I think about using a leased link and yes, I know that using this commercial channels requires registration at BNetzA here in Germany. I don't want to do something illegal, I just want to know if the chipset and firmware supports access to these channels. To not lead others to do illegal things the information of "Supported" or "Not supported" would be sufficient for now.

The core of channel management is implemented inside the closed-source driver. Beyond telling the driver which region to support, there is nothing that can be done about which channel are supported by it.

That means I need to figure out the right region for the driver, so it can come up with the missing channels? I already tried DE or EU or whatever was available there. I take a look, when I am home and report back.

valid options are US, EU, TW, CN.
Goodluck I have tested US AND EU.
