Mounting second USB drive leads to "no such device"

As itsays I cannot get the thing to mount a second drive. I've tried doing it manually but keep on getting the same error.

admin@RT-N16-5E1E:/tmp/mnt# mount 4/dev/sdb1 /mnt/128gb -t ext4
mount: mounting 4/dev/sdb1 on /mnt/128gb failed: No such device

No idea why but it refuses to mount the damned thing. I have entware on a crappy flash drive, and was goin to use this as a temporary media storer but I can't get the thing to mount even after creating the directory for it.

I was trying to do it so that I could easily have background seeders going on that drive atm until I can get everyting all setup for a better solution.

The error message tells you what is wrong. There is no such device as 4/dev/sdb1
I even did it normally with /dev/sdb1, it refused to do it. I had to reformat as ext3 since it makes zero sense why it'd not mount it as ext4 is just ext3 with some extra stuff.
