Need help for the perfect NAS on a tight budget

Hey there smart people.

im looking for the perfect NAS to use as a storage device, and to stream 1080p mkv files and other hd films from my wd tv live box.

i have a few requirements:

2 disk support (2 tb disks)
Torrent client
wake on lan would be awesome but not a req
Gigabit wired
powerful enough so that i can stream hd films and music simultaneously
Good interface.

so i need a few suggestions in the cheap end of the scale, since im a student and on a tight budget

Sounds like a Synology DS210j fits the bill. It costs around 1350 DKR.
