Need help on flashing back older version of Merlin

My router is an AC68U,
I am having disconnect problem on game (warframe), and many "network no response" alert in game, ever since I flash the new 384.3 firmware.
I don't have this problem with an older version 380.64 firmware.
I like to flash back the older working version of Merlin but I can't, everytime I complete loading the older version it still show newer version.
Please HELP!

I had the same issue. Factory reset, reboot, then try again.

There is a simple solution for this problem:
Put your router into recovery mode: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1000814/#
and use the ASUS Firmware Restoration tool from https://www.asus.com/Networking/RTAC68U/HelpDesk_Download/ (or direct download here) to upload any older firmware.

Again: do not forget do do a factory reset AFTER the installation!

I had the same issue. Factory reset, reboot, then try again.

It turn out that factory reset is not enough
I had to use Asus Firmware Restoration Tool to revert back to older version firmware.

After revert back to older version firmware, my game is back to normal again, thanks for the help guy.

What exactly is the version you are using? (Can you test 380.69_2)

I revert back to 380.64_2 now, which is the one I am sure very stable with the game.

You can try the version 380.69_2 (always do a factory reset)

Why 380.69_2? Is there some security bug or something wrong with the 380.64_2?
