Currently I have a asus rt-ac66u. The qos on it simply doesn't work for me. I have flashed tomato shibby and the qos there is better but it's not a stable enough firmware to make me happy. I just want a quality router that incorporates a solid qos system, has wireless AC and is a stable router. All the other features I require are pretty standard now.
Edit - this can even be a stand alone router, I'll add the wifi via some WAPs. Just want solid performance and a good qos or traffic shaping system. Currently researching the ubiquiti Edgerouter lite and a router from tp-link as well. Definitely open to your suggestions.
