Need your expert suggestion/advice , RT-AX86U AiMesh network to have AX86U Pro router or node?

Hello,
My current AiMesh network is currently hosted by 2 x AX86U and AC86U. (My Aimesh network is 99.9% up time since most clients connect to AX86U and only 2 or 3 wifi client connect to AC86U since it is far front in garage) . 1 of AX86U is AiMesh Router, others are AiMesh node. I have little intermittent problem with AC86U (in my garage to extend the better signal/connection for my Ring Doorbell pro 2 in 5Ghz wifi. ), which is sometimes AC86U just stops transmitting 5Ghz wifi client (in normal circustances, AC86U works ok if there are fewer 5ghz wifi clients but if my phone connects to AC86U by 5ghz and AC86U 5ghz starts choking up) although the 2.4Ghz wifi client works just fine (means the AiMesh 5ghz connection still worked just fine during the 5ghz wifi client issue). I had to cycle the power of AC86U to get 5ghz client work again). Thus, I got another AX86U but only Pro available.

AC86U is it working better as Access Point (via Ether wire) where we can tune the 5Ghz wifi settings? OR rid of AC86U and use AX86U Pro for either AiMesh node or router ? Is there any benefit for switching the AiMesh router to AX86U Pro given of having little faster CPU? any obvious performance gain at all?

Thank you for everyone input/advice, much appreciated!

Well, get an AX86U Pro when they go on sale and use it for the router. Time to retire the AC86U.
Benefit? Having all AX devices on a mesh will help it work better.
