Netgear ReadyNAS Duo or HP EX470 MediaSmart Home Server

i am in the market for a nas or home server. the primary function will be backing up one pc. the secondary function will be streaming dvd iso files to a popcorn hour networked media tank. in the future i'd like to be able to store and stream blu ray iso files as well.

for my needs, which should i get?

Either one would work except I'm not sure about streaming iso files. Depends on whether the Popcorn hour needs a UPnP AV / DLNA server or can just mount network shares and play what it finds in the folders.
