Network services filter limit?

Hi there,
Am I right here, assuming that this filter in Merlin is unlimited, and we can add any number of rules via iptables?
I am speaking particularly about AC68U.

I don't know whether it's different in Merlin's, but in John's fork at Firewall > Network Services Filter it says "Network Services Filter Table (Max Limit : 128)"
 
And can smb say smth about this limitation in Merlin? Does this limit exist or rules are unlimited?
Network services filters are based on iptables, no?
 
The limit is also 128 entries. The problem isn't iptables, but the firmware itself, which has to store this list in nvram, and also process it when building the firewall rules.
