Newbie - Creating VLAN on AC88u

Hi All,

I just purchased a RTN-AC88U, and I plan on hosting a Game Server out of my house. It may be shared with those who I otherwise wouldn't want to have access to the remainder of my home network; so I want to VLAN off 1 of the LAN ports to segregate it from the rest of my home network. I understand that ASUSWRT & Merlin both support VLAN creation via a command line.

I would like some help in doing this, as Im clueless and haven't found documentation to support this.

Any help is appreciated!

I have been researching isolating the DIRECTV devices in one LAN port. I have been collecting some threads. Have not done anything yet, but I am starting to get a feeling of what needs to be done...
