.....to the QNAP TS-219P+ or Synology DS211?
Hi Guys,
I currently have a QNAP TS 110 NAS, I like the little fella, but only having one drive with no resilience worries me a fair amount, and it just doesn't seem to have the oompf to stream Blu-ray rips to my HTPC.
So I'm looking to upgrade. From researching The Synology DS211 and QNAP TS-219P+ would suit my needs, but they're both a bit pricier then I can afford at the moment. I can get the NG ReadyNAS NV+ RND4000 sub £200, I believe it's a fairly old player, being usurped by a newer (very expensive) model?
All three cover my problem of resilience, but does the netgear match up to the other two with regards to real world throughput, are those blu ray rips gunna stream off nice and quick?
Or are there any other enclosures I should be adding to the mix as well?
Cheers guys,
All the best.
