No Gigabit!

Hi All,

I just got a Linksys SRW2024 Giga managed switch.

My laptop however which has a Marvell Yukon 88E8059 Giga Lan adapter will not connect at Giga in Win7 64.

I reboot in Ubuntu and it connects in Giga just fine, so I think cable is ok.

I have updated driver from Marvell Yukon site and that did not help.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled - that did not help.

Both the router and NIC are set to Auto-Neg. Anyone able to help please?

Force it to 1GB. What happens when you do on the NIC and managed switch port set to 1000mbps. If it doesn't sync set the switch to Auto and set the NIC to 1.0Gbps instead. Or set both to Auto.
