Non standard sector size 0x1000 bytes

I had this problem before, and rolled back to a previous version of asus merlin to get to the drive again.

Here's my problem, and wondering if anyone has any ideas:

I have a 2TB Seagate GOFLEX drive. Formatted with NTFS.

It works fine with RT-N66U_3.0.0.4_374.40_0

If I upgrade from that version, to a later version, latest I have tried is RT-N66U_3.0.0.4_376.48_3 the drive is detected, but never mounted, when I perform a scan it returns:
Non standard sector size 0x1000 bytes
GetMount: "/dev/sda2"
GetMount: Device is not mounted

Type of the filesystem is NTFS

Does anyone have any ideas, I have tried formatting the drive from scratch, I have deleted all partitions, formatted etc. no joy getting it to work with the latest versions.

Would really like to use a later version of the firmware.
Thanks
Carl
