Notification about backup 4G/5G connection set up every hour

Hi all, I have successfully set up dual wan with usb on asus xt8. Today I started receiving the “successfully set up back up usb 4g connection” from the app every hour and specifically at the XX:40 mark, as if removing and replugging the usb. Any ideas what this could be? I also changed the sim card, could it have to do with the sim card?
