How full does your nvram have to get before you start to run into problems? Mine currently sits at
47464 / 65536 bytes after purging all of my DHCP reservations to try and free it up. This is after a fresh reset after installing 380.61-beta1. Of note, I do save my traffic stats to a USB drive plugged into the router so thats no what is filling it up.

I've read around 90%. (You're around 72% now, what was it before all your purging)?

A little over 49K before I deleted all of my DHCP reservations.

And you had about 10KB to go before it would have been a (possible) issue.

You need to keep roughly 5-6 KB of free nvram to be able to handle a typical heavy usage scenario (which would be editing OpenVPN key/certs). So I would say, try to stay below 59-60 KB of used nvram.
