Hi,

Is this version again 'Japan only' (as the two last updates) or is it now finally for all regions?
And (equally important): is it still again a Beta release or a final one?

Because I received it directly from ASUS rep. instead of the ASUS site, I consider it Beta.
It can say sometimes Japan Only, but that doesn't affect at all, because there aren't different versions of N66U's, trust me.
I'm not from Japan and my routers were not bought in Japan and I do test with the "Japan Only" firmware.

Probably is related to country regulations, about radios, etc. That then later check and release ensuring it will not give them prblems with that country regulatioms

I went ahead and installed it on the U and W versions and both work fine. Basic internet, streaming and gaming work great on both. Thanks.

For the 7410 "Japan Only" version see the bug fixes:

Bug fixes

- Fixed network map UI issue when selected French.
- ...

Why using French in Japan ??

"Japan only" seems to me a non-issue.
