Open Source Wireguard "AllowedIPs" Calculator

I used to use procustodibus wireguard allowed ips calculator but I wanted offline support + dark mode so I built a small wireguard AllowedIPs calculator with the following features:

1. Open source on github
2. Client sided so can be used offline
3. State in URL so you can bookmark/share with others... here is an example where I allow 0.0.0.0/0 but disallow 1.1.1.1
