I always start by apologizing if I missed this but I did look around.
Without knowingly making changes I have an issue with the routing to some addresses. I have a policy set up that VPN applies to only one computer. As should be the case when it is on, any IP location sites report it is in the location of the target of the tunnel. Other computers are not affect except that address 10.4.01 becomes accessible. That address is private and shouldn't be accessible, similar ports such as 10.4.0.2 and 10.5.0.1 are not affected.
