OpenVPN for specific MAC or PORT ?

Hello,

My router is an RT-N66U

I am using Private Internet Access VPN services so I can get a US IP for example.

Lets say that my xbox is hooked up in PORT1 and PC is hooked up in PORT 2.

Is there a way that I can enabled VPN on PORT1 and leave PORT2 with my ISP ?

Or, using a MAC, that this PC via wireless will get an ip from my VPN provider but other devices still remain with an ip from my ISP ?
