OpenVPN How to change DNS settings sent to clients ?

I'm running RT-AC68U_380.66_4

I'm trying to force OpenVPN clients to use a specific DNS server. Whatever I try my clients appear to always get issued with OpenDNS servers, even though the router and LAN DHCP settings are set to not use OpenDNS.

Is there any documentation which describes how I can issue specific DNS settings to OpenVPN clients ?

Thanks - that works fine to the client on my iPhone. Can't get it to override the DNS Settings in on my Windows client though (OpenVPN GUI) which seems to only have an option to switch between OpenDNS, Google DNS or Level3 and ignores what I push to it.

So it looks like I need to investigate from the Windows client end now you've helped me with the ASUS end.
