OpenVPN Server - Client Options for One Connected OpenVPN Client

I'm running an OpenVPN server function and I'm wondering if there's a way to have one client that connects to my OpenVPN server use the options 2, 3 and 4 below with the enabled function? I would like option 1 to remain enabled for all connected users BUT 2, 3 and 4 enabled only for one user login. I'm using Username/Password Authentication. Thanks very much for any help.

1. Push LAN to Clients
2. Direct clients to redirect Internet traffic
3. Respond to DNS
4. Advertise DNS to clients

You can enable per-user options, then create files per user in the ccd directory. OpenVPN manual will give you more info on what is possible.
