opkg Package is Corrupted

Hello,

So today I wanted to install DNSCrypt-Proxy on the router, after I ssh-ed into the router and ran the command
entware-setup.sh I get the below errors

* opkg_install_pkg: Package findutils sha256sum mismatch. Either the opkg or the package index are corrupt. Try 'opkg update'.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package entware-opt.

I have installed entware on my router maybe 20 times, I had never this problem!
after I ran opkg update and then entware setup again, I get the same error all over again.
I can't even install nano editor.
and when I want to install DNScrypt I get the below error too

* opkg_install_pkg: Package dnscrypt-proxy sha256sum mismatch. Either the opkg or the package index are corrupt. Try 'opkg update'.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package dnscrypt-proxy.
* opkg_install_pkg: Package fake-hwclock sha256sum mismatch. Either the opkg or the package index are corrupt. Try 'opkg update'.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package fake-hwclock.

and my USB flash is 16GB sandisk formatted EXT3 with 4KB Block size using Easus Partition Manager. but I don't think the issue is related to the flash disk, because about 5 hours ago, it did work, but now it doesn't. odd ...

EDIT 1: interesting, I downloaded the dnscypt package directtly from the link below
http://entware.wl500g.info/binaries/entware/dnscrypt-proxy_1.6.0-2_entware.ipk

and after issuing the command opkg install dnscrypt-proxy_1.6.0-2_entware.ipk I get the same error!
* opkg_install_pkg: Package dnscrypt-proxy sha256sum mismatch. Either the opkg or the package index are corrupt. Try 'opkg update'.
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package dnscrypt-proxy.

Could anyone please help me out here
