Link 1: 3Gbps Link 2: 1Gbps fibre.

My main 3Gbps link seems to be flapping more consistently than 1Gbps link.
I am running the default settings, what settings should I consider to keep the 3Gbps more stable.
When it flaps its literally back a few seconds later.
Please help the simpleton in simple language.
