I have been tinkering with my network settings and was wondering what others are using for OSX and the AC68U? I am currently using OS X 10.10 build 14A386b.
I have a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch Late 2013 model. I usually run 3-4 virtual machines at a time and these settings have really helped with throughput when supporting concurrent connections from each virtual machine instance.
On wireless AC 5G I am getting ~480Mbps throughput down/up. I have a GB connection through CondoInternet. Hardwired I am getting ~900Mbps.
MTU: 1500
Kernel Socket Buffer Size: 6291456
TCP -
Receive window: 358400
Send window: 131072
Slow link window: 8192
Delayed ACK: On
RFC-1323 Extensions: On
UDP -
Outgoing datagram: 9216
Receive window buffer: 196724
Receive buffer: 8192
Send buffer: 8192
