Outbound Port Change between 374_34 & 374_42?

I was previously running RT-N16_3.0.0.4_374.34_0. This worked fine with utorrent connecting to tvtorrents. I upgraded to RT-N16_3.0.0.4_374.42_0 and my tvtorrents torrents would come back with an error that I was trying to connect to restricted ports 1-1024. I need to connect to 1025 and above. I could not find a setting in 42_0 to tweak this for outbound ports. Did something change regarding outbound ports between these firmware versions?

I rolled back to 374.34 and all is well but I want to upgrade to the latest if possible.

Tell your utorrent client to use ports obove 1024.
Under connections => lisseningport

That's inbound and it's fine. I'm talking about not making any changes in utorrent, but using different versions of merlin's code and noting how it affects how my box connects to tvtorrents outbound. The later firmware is changing something outbound on this traffic.
